Mental health therapy is a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. Together, we identify goals, develop coping strategies, and work toward emotional well-being and personal growth.

Yes. Everything shared in sessions is private, with exceptions required by Texas law, including:
Risk of serious harm to yourself or others
Suspected abuse of a child, elderly adult, or person with a disability
Court orders or other legal requirements
These exceptions are outlined in Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 611, which governs confidentiality for mental health professionals.

Sessions are 60 minutes. Most clients start weekly or biweekly, depending on your goals and schedule.

Virtual sessions are ideal if you have a busy schedule, limited transportation, or prefer the comfort of home. In-person sessions may be better if you want face-to-face interaction and a consistent office environment. We can also adjust as your needs change.

Yes. Finding the right therapist is important. If you feel therapy isn’t a good fit, I can help provide referrals to other professionals.
